Service Description

Thought Field Therapy is a energy therapy which works in a similar way to acupressure where we tap on different points to release blocked energy. This is a very effective, simple, fast and painless way to release addictions and the emotions beneath the addictions. Part of the reason that it is so difficult to break an addiction is that when we try to stop it it brings up uncomfortable emotions. Thought Filed therapy releases those emotions and so the emotional connection to the addiction is broken. This in turn diminishes the persons desire for that substance as they simply do not need it anymore for the emotional comfort ie the dependency is gone. Sessions last approximately one hour and most people require only one session to break an addiction. I will ask you not to smoke the day of your appointment before the session so if you book online please do it at a time that you feel you can get to without having a cigarette but when you would really want one. One session is just £60 - the equivalent of less than 5 packets of cigarettes. If you have health issues please check with your GP that is it safe for you to stop smoking abruptly.
